Chose this location because they are open on the weekend! Which is great. Even better was the staff, they had my car ready and clean in a couple minutes. The car was fine for what my company will pay for but it looked like they had some way nicer options if you wanted them. When returning the car they were very busy but got me in and out fast while also being friendly. Will definitely use them from now.
Luigi was absolutely amazing. He was quick to help us and was so accommodating. While we waited for our car to come around, I listened to other employees helped customers and they were just as kind.
I rent cars regularly for work and recently started renting cars from the Hoover enterprise location. I have enjoyed renting from them because of the great customer service. Caleb and Malcolm have assisted me several times and have been great. After coming in a few times, I was pleasantly surprised that Caleb addressed me by name. The friendliness and attention to detail is refreshing. This location also almost always provides you with a car that has a full tank of gas unlike other locations I have used in the past.
It’s more or less simple: this is the place to go to get excellent service and quality assistance in an upsetting situation. I was backed in to while parked, right before my birthday and a trip to the beach. Not only did the staff treat me perfectly and respectfully, they upgraded me due to the circumstances and situation I had been put in thanks to a careless driver. Everything was covered though insurance, sure. But the car, staff, and overall thoughtfulness of the staff was top tier. And of course, it definitely helps to be picked up from the collision center.
Best rental car experience ever. The original rental van for our church youth trip tomorrow that I had booked at the Inverness location ended up having a recall and becoming ineligible to rent. Josh at the Inverness location sprung into action. He was able to find a van at this location. That's when Caleb got us taken care of. Caleb was such a please to work with, and hot us on the road gor our trip. Thank you guys for saving the day!
Excellent customer service at this location! I reserved a car one day one week and another day the next week and both times the cars were ready within minutes of my arrival, the customer service was excellent and the cars were clean and drove well. I will definitely use them again.
Read till the end.. Tip of the day: Come early because there could be a wait even with reservations for pick up at 12pm we waited a long time (almost 3pm). Tip 2: Be flexible and ask questions if something doesn't seem right. They didn't have the type of suv we had reserved and put us in a compact suv without disclosure so when we opened the doors to load up we knew this was not going to work. They upgraded us to what they had on the lot which was a luxury suv and that worried me because gas prices driving a thousand miles plus the upgrade fee, the gentleman was nice enough but still charged us more than our original price for the suv they didn't have. Later we found that doubled the insurance price but I will talk about that later. We had two problems with the suv, the cruise control kept malfunctioning and you had to reset it by stopping and turning the car on and off to reset it. Needless to say I gave up and just pushed the pedal the entire drive (15 hours straight) . The second issue was the smell/cleanliness. While the appearance of the suv at first glance was fine, we ended up finding used mask under the seat. Not a big deal we had lysol and sprayed the car down before we packed up and hit the road.The worst part and really the reason for me writing so much was about 30 minutes in you could smell the air freshener and lysol was wearing off and the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong after an hour driving it was making my kid physically ill. We stopped off and bought some spray and just had to keep spraying as it wore off. With all of that being said I was super impressed with how the employees handled issues as I sat and observed other customers returning cars and each time they asked if they were satisfied and if they had any issues. When I brought up my issues with the price discrepancy (insurance and daily fee) the smell and the cruise control issue the manager was very nice and took care of the issue as I'm sure he could see in the computer the difference in what we we charged and in what we were quoted. He was very nice and professional and handled my concerns with ease. I was super impressed and for me that outweighs the little issues we had with the car itself. I give 5 stars because I appreciate how they handled a situation with respect and class. I went in expecting to be disappointed and I left impressed. Adding a few pics of the trip, the rental car sat in a garage so we didn't get to use it much in NYC. Thanks Enterprise for great customer service.
Hoover location it was crowded that day, but everyone was taken care of in a quick and professional way. No problems. Customer service was real good and the Hoover branch has always stood out . Great job!!
